The Keepcool Concept

Keepcool distinguishes itself through a concept of 20-minute sport sessions in small groups — limited to a maximum of 9 people — animated daily by the coaches. A short, effective and highly motivating format suited to busy people with limited time. The gym also offers latest-generation connected equipment, exclusive video courses (over 300 permanently available), yoga, pilates and relaxation. Access is 7 days a week from 6am to 11pm, including public holidays.

Multi-Club Membership

The Keepcool membership gives access to all Keepcool + Neoness clubs in France and Belgium (over 300 clubs). Nice Étoile is a solid base, with Nice Promenade and Nice Gorbella as complements.

Areas for improvement: The gym is medium-sized — some members would like more space. Evening peak hours can be crowded.
