The Concept

Aquabiking combines the benefits of cycling (cardiovascular strengthening, leg work) with those of water (increased resistance, zero joint impact). In Aquavélo's pool, the 11 spaces allow very personalised coaching — each participant is observable and individually coachable, impossible in large gyms. The 50-minute classes are dynamic, musical and progressive.
