Just 30 minutes from Nice by road or bus (line 200), Aquasplash is the Côte d'Azur's great water park — and in 2025, it reached a decisive milestone by doubling in size to 40,000 m², making it the region's largest aquatic complex. An essential summer destination for Nice's families and their visitors from May to early September.
The park unfolds around several themed spaces for all ages. Thrill-seekers head to more than 20 water slides — including the spectacular Rainbow Cannon (12.5m high, two track choice), the giant-slide Side Winder, and several family tubes and slides. The youngest visitors (from 3 years) have their dedicated space: the Pirate Island with mini lazy river, water games, cascades and adapted equipment.
The large wave pool — surface tripled in the 2025 expansion — enables great land-surfing sessions. The Lazy River, on a ring float, offers a relaxed circuit around the park. The Lagoon, a shallow pool surrounded by sunbeds, is ideal for families with babies and toddlers. On-site food and drink (snack bar, pizzeria, ice cream bar) prevent inconvenient departures.
Supervised Aquadance sessions led by instructors punctuate the days. Shows and family challenges are organised regularly by an enthusiastic animation team. Full programme available on the website.
Online: adult (13+) €27.90, child (3–12) €22.90, under 3 free. At box office: adult €32.90, child €27.90. Weekend pass €49.90, monthly €99.90, seasonal €129.90.
Highlights: Families describe Aquasplash as a day of complete happiness for children — the diversity of slides and spaces for each age group is unanimously praised. The 2025 expansion is enthusiastically welcomed. The enthusiastic animation team and Aquadance are regularly mentioned. The wave pool is cited as a major strength.
Areas for improvement: July-August crowds can create long queues for the flagship slides. Sunbeds fill quickly — early arrival is recommended. Some equipment has height or weight restrictions.
Overall: Aquasplash is the Côte d'Azur's most complete family aquatic day — a destination to plan absolutely for any family visiting Nice in summer.
