Beau Rivage Beach

On the Quai des États-Unis, steps from Old Nice, Beau Rivage Beach stretches nearly 100 metres of pebbles with a capacity of 300 sunbeds. The first Nice private beach to earn the Green Key eco-label in 2023 — recognising waste sorting, reduced water consumption, organic produce and responsible fishing — it embodies sustainable luxury the Niçois way. The décor, in rattan, rope, sea rush and wood, evokes the golden years of the Côte d'Azur with unpretentious modernity.

The beach divides into two complementary spaces: a Zen area, bathed in soothing lounge music, ideal for absolute rest; and a Trendy space, more animated, that transforms in the evening with DJ sets and themed nights. Premium sunbeds, generously spaced for privacy, romantic four-poster canopies and a teak terrace create an elegant and coherent picture.

Restaurant

Under the direction of chef Alexandre Oliveira, Beau Rivage Beach's cuisine blends Mediterranean flavours with Asian notes in a fresh, creative menu. Open year-round — the only waterfront restaurant on the Promenade des Anglais to offer this in winter — it hosts up to 550 guests in season for 'feet in the water' lunches. Highlights include braised scallops lightly smoked with thyme, slow-cooked thyme-infused cod, Royal sea grill (squid, scallops and fish of the day) and the celebrated beef carpaccio and dill salmon tartare. Sunday brunch is an institution in itself.

Continuous service in season from 12pm to 10:30pm, with a special 'lounge and sunbed' menu for those who prefer not to leave their deckchair.

Wellness Space

Beau Rivage Wellness is a rarity on Nice private beaches: a traditional hammam and two air-conditioned treatment rooms, directly accessible from the beach. Body massages, facials and treatments complete the offering for a day of total relaxation — tanning, swimming, wellness, gastronomy.

Sunbed: €35 per person (preferential rate for Hôtel Beau Rivage guests). À la carte restaurant, average spend €45 to €70.

Atmosphere

Modern, refined and luminous. The ambiance varies by space: zen and restful on one side, trendy and festive on the other. Evening DJ sets add a glamorous Riviera touch. Open in winter, making it the only option for a seafront terrace lunch on a beautiful January day.
