L'EssenCiel — Hôtel Splendid & Spa

On the 9th floor of Hôtel Splendid & Spa, in Nice's Golden Square, L'EssenCiel is the most comprehensively designed city-centre panoramic rooftop. Its three-level terrace features an ingenious architectural conception that maximises view exposure from every table. On the 9th floor, an orientation table allows identification of visible monuments and natural features on the horizon — the Alps, Cap Ferrat, Mont Boron, Old Nice. The view encompasses the sea, surrounding hills and the city's characteristic rooftops.

L'EssenCiel offers a complete concept: panoramic breakfast buffet, lunch, afternoon tea, tapas and cocktails for afterwork, and private event hire (weddings, birthdays, awards ceremonies). The rooftop can accommodate up to 150 people in event configuration.

The menu features a selection of regularly renewed creative Mediterranean tapas.
