Animaflow Studio, established in Nice's Libération quarter, distinguishes itself with a rare and precious specificity: Romana's Pilates method — the direct and faithful transmission of Joseph Pilates's teachings via Romana Kryzanowska, his closest disciple. The studio is organised around two specialist rooms: a large room for collective classes in yoga, pilates, meditation and floor barre, and a room dedicated to Pilates apparatus — Reformer, Cadillac (the centrepiece of the Romana's method), Wunda Chair. The apparatus room is available for individual or semi-private classes of maximum 3 people — enabling technical precision impossible in large groups.

Disciplines

Animaflow's programme is open 7 days a week and covers: mat and apparatus Pilates, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, prenatal yoga, meditation, floor barre. Online booking is available until 1 hour before each collective session. For individual apparatus classes, direct contact by message is recommended.
