GäYoGa offers a complete palette: Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, pilates, sport santé, parents-children yoga (every Wednesday at 2:45pm with Muriel, yoga-therapist). The workshop offering is remarkably rich: inversions, breathwork & soundbath, Munz Floor® — a gentle but powerful method — monthly restorative yoga. These workshops are designed to deepen practice and offer complete sensory experiences.

Areas for improvement: Studio capacity, though intimate, is limited — booking necessary. Morning classes are the most difficult to secure. The address can be hard to find without GPS on the first visit.
