La Parenthèse Nice

The story of La Parenthèse Nice is above all a human story. Its founder Charlotte conceived this place following a burnout that forced her to completely rethink her lifestyle after 20 years in major digital communication groups. From this personal rebirth grew a sincere project: to create Nice's ultimate urban refuge — a place to move, breathe, reconnect with oneself and others, away from daily noise.

Located at 2 rue du Congrès, steps from the Palais de la Méditerranée (parking opposite the entrance), La Parenthèse offers a botanical, soothing space — natural décor, soft lighting, Clarins-stocked changing rooms, calm and bright coworking area, latte bar with smoothies and matcha latte. A Lululemon corner completes the setup. The multilingual team (all coaches speak English) ensures international visitors feel completely at ease.

The Pilates Reformer Studio

The heart of La Parenthèse: 8 professional-grade Reformer machines, available in four class formats — Classic Reformer (faithful Joseph Pilates method), Sculpt Reformer (intensive muscle toning), Booty Reformer (targeted glutes and legs), Burn Reformer (mixed cardio and strengthening). Classes, led by qualified teachers including Tiffany, Giomari and Cédric — regularly cited in reviews — are in small groups for optimal individual supervision.

The Yoga Space & Group Classes

Five yoga styles are taught in the heated room: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Yinyasa and the signature Hot Yoga class in candlelit darkness at 30° with vocal guidance — described by members as an extraordinary experience. Barre, TRX and Cardio Dance classes complete the programme.
