Mama Shelter Nice — Sunday Brunch

At 21 Boulevard de Riquier, in a building with the colourful, fantastical décor typical of the Mama Shelter brand (Ennismore/Accor group), the Sunday brunch has become one of Nice's most popular weekly appointments. Every Sunday from 12pm to 4:30pm, the large room decorated with design furniture, board games and pop art welcomes up to 150 guests around an all-you-can-eat buffet at €42 per adult (€22 for children aged 6–12). The 20-strong brigade — including 3 pastry chefs — guarantees 100% homemade production, from morning viennoiseries to end-of-meal tiramisu.

The additional asset that brings guests back: live music — guitarist, singer or percussionist — that transforms this Sunday meal into a genuine festive event. Mama is also one of the rare Nice brunches where groups of 10+ are easily accommodated.

The Buffet

The buffet unfolds across several thematic spaces: Starters — composed salads, devilled eggs, charcuterie, cheeses, salmon. Viennoiseries — croissants, pain au chocolat, brioches, 100% homemade. Hot dishes — lasagne, gratin dauphinois, spaghetti bolognese, roast chicken wings, pizzas. Drinks — detox water, fresh juices, coffee, hot chocolate, tea (unlimited included). Desserts — waffles, crêpes, giant cookies, chocolate mousse, tiramisu, homemade pastries.

Atmosphere

Festive, colourful and familial. Mama Shelter is the brunch you come to with a group, as a family, for birthdays and celebrations. The pop décor and live music create a party atmosphere that contrasts with the city's more intimate brunches. Ideal for large tables.
