JP Paci — Chocolatier Designer

On Avenue Notre Dame, steps from the eponymous Basilica, JP Paci is a chocolatier address like no other in Nice. Jean-Patrice Paci, Fine Arts trained, is simultaneously a chocolate artisan and a creator, a rare profile allowing him to approach chocolate as an artistic medium and produce chocolate trompe-l'œils of delightful precision and humour.

The boutique is an edible museum: windows filled with high-heeled stilettos, handbags, mobile phones, iPads, runny camembert, sausages more real than life, hamburgers, cup-cakes, all in 100% pure cocoa butter chocolate. Each month, new themes surprise: animated films, current events, seasons.
