Calade Rooftop Restaurant

At the top of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Calade Rooftop Restaurant is officially Nice's largest rooftop — a panoramic terrace dominating the entire Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean as far as the eye can see. The space, conceived by designers Fabrice and Didier Knoll, blends azure, turquoise and pastel blues of the sea with a sober, contemporary décor: wide tables, rounded banquettes, stone and wood tableware. The visual coherence is rare — the restaurant feels designed around the view, not the other way around.

The outdoor pool, accessible to guests with a drink, and the jacuzzi (€15 / 2h with soft drink included) make Calade a place apart — somewhere you can lunch, take a dip, sunbathe and dine in the evening without ever leaving the floor. All while overlooking one of the world's most beautiful promenades.

Cuisine

All dishes are homemade from raw ingredients — a promise made and kept according to client reviews. The menu features modern, light Mediterranean cuisine: fresh fish tartares, summer salads, live cooking based on daily arrivals, signature cocktails and elaborate snacking. Vegetarian options are plentiful. In the evening, Calade transforms into a rooftop bar with a curated music programme — a bohemian-chic vibe contrasting with the festive neighbours.
