PESCA Rooftop — Iconic Nice

At the top of the Iconic Nice complex on Avenue Jean Médecin, PESCA Rooftop is Nice's most original new gastronomic concept. Its principle is unique: a fresh fish and seafood counter selected each morning directly from Nice's fish market is presented to clients, who choose their own fish, preparation and accompaniment. Total transparency on product freshness, rarely seen in restaurant dining.

From its rooftop terrace, the view plunges over Nice's rooftops and the Mediterranean horizon — a more urban than maritime panorama, but spectacular in its depth. At night, the city lights create an incomparable romantic setting.

Cuisine

Everything begins at the fish counter: sea bream, sea bass, turbot, lobster, langoustines, scallops — according to the morning's arrivals. The client chooses their product, then the preparation: grilled, ceviche, carpaccio, Niçois style or sushi style. Mediterranean accompaniments complete a personalised plate unique to Nice. Cuisine is live cooking — prepared in front of clients. Average spend: €45 — €80.
